Registration opens on March 2 at 10 a.m. PST and closes on April 2 at 8 a.m. PST. The cost is CAD 45.00, payable through Stripe via the Pickleball Brackets system. Teams must ensure both partners register within four days to secure their spot.
Event Schedule and Facilities
The tournament runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with check-in starting at 8 a.m. and an opening ceremony at 8:35 a.m. Matches will be held on 12 indoor courts with an outdoor surface. Spectators are welcome, though seating is limited, and warm clothing is advised due to the cool temperatures in the facility.
Washrooms are available on-site, but there are no shower facilities. Players are encouraged to bring their food, as no concessions will be provided. Nearby restaurants are within a five-minute drive.
Refund Policy and Final Notes
Players withdrawing before April 2 will receive a refund minus a $10 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after that date. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust player ratings, merge brackets, and change schedules if necessary.
