On Tuesday, Francisco Lindor’s wife, Katia Lindor, opened up about her personal healing process following the birth of their third child, Koa Amani. The family now includes their two daughters, Kalina Zoe and Amapole Chloe, alongside their son, Koa.
Katia emphasized her focus on regaining strength and reconnecting with her body after motherhood reshaped her life completely.
“Motherhood has a way of rearranging everything: priorities, perspective and the weight of responsibility that comes with raising humans who feel safe and rooted in themselves,” she wrote. “I no longer want to conceal the body that carried my babies into this world.
“I want to honor it – for its strength, its softness, and the life it has sustained. What I’m rebuilding now isn’t just my body, but my relationship to it – one grounded in respect, patience and presence.”
Apart from her family role, Katia supports new parents through her podcast Un-a-Parent and maintains an active presence both online and at in-person events, serving as an important support system for Francisco.
