Broncos Lock Down Alex Palczewski with New 2-Year Deal

The Denver Broncos announced on Thursday that they have signed offensive lineman Alex Palczewski to a two-year contract, ensuring his return to the team. Palczewski, known for his versatility on the offensive line, has established himself as a key contributor for Denver.

Palczewski’s Playing Time and Performance in 2025 Season

During the 2025 season, Palczewski started 10 games, from Weeks 7 through 17, and played every offensive snap in the first seven of those starts. He appeared in all 17 regular-season games as well as two postseason games, accumulating more than 700 snaps overall. His participation accounted for 58 percent of the team’s offensive plays and 15 percent of special teams snaps throughout the year.

Career Impact and Discipline Record

Palczewski has also gained experience at right tackle during his tenure with the Broncos. In 31 career appearances, he has been penalized only three times, according to Pro Football Reference. Standing 6-foot-6 and weighing 314 pounds, he initially joined Denver as an undrafted free agent in 2023.

Continuity on Denver’s Offensive Line

By extending Palczewski’s contract, the Broncos maintain depth and consistency along their offensive front, which has been critical for their offensive execution. This move reflects Denver’s confidence in his ability to contribute as both a starter and backup across multiple positions on the line.
