The event, designed for players aged 54 and under, is set to feature competitive play, with registration opening in December 2024 and closing by April 4, 2025.
Registration and Fees
Registration for the tournament opens on December 15, 2024, at 7:00 AST. The early bird registration fee is CAD 35 for one event or CAD 60 for two events. After January 15, 2025, fees will increase to CAD 40 for one event and CAD 65 for two events. Tournament Format
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with the top teams advancing to the playoffs. The first six teams after the round robin, or the first three teams of each pool, will compete for medals. Games in the round robin will be played to 11 points, with a win-by-2 rule. The playoffs will feature games to 15 points, also with a win-by-2 rule. The final gold/silver match will be a best-of-three series, with games to 11 points.
Refund Policy and Additional Information
Players can request refunds of their registration fees minus a $10 administration fee. However, no refunds will be given after April 4, 2025, at 11:55 p.m. In addition, all events will have a minimum of four games, but some events may be combined based on the number of registrations received.
Venue Details
The tournament will take place at École Le Domaine, located at 636 rue Principale, Petit-Rocher, New Brunswick. Free parking is available for all participants and spectators.
