Late registrations after the deadline will cost $80. Players must rate themselves and are not allowed to play below their self-rated skill level, with a restriction to play no more than 0.5 levels above their self-rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the ratings for pickleball players if needed.
Event Format and Schedule
The tournament will feature a variety of doubles events, including Senior Men’s and Women’s Doubles on Friday, Mixed Doubles on Saturday, and Men’s and Women’s Doubles on Sunday. Players aged 50 and above are allowed to participate in both Senior and Open divisions. The round robin format will lead to playoffs, with the top four teams advancing to the Gold, Silver, and Bronze rounds.
Round robin games will typically be played to 15 points, with a win by 2, but may change depending on the number of teams entered. If there are 7 or 8 teams, round robin games will be played to 11 points, also with a win by 2.
Refund Policy
The tournament has a clear refund policy, offering a $10 administrative fee for all withdrawals. No refunds will be given after the registration period ends, but if the event is canceled due to weather, up to a 50% refund may be issued.
