Chennai Super Champs ended their campaign with a thrilling comeback victory over Hyderabad Superstars. The match began with Ross Whittaker securing a 21-17 win in men’s singles. Ava Cavataio and Madalina Grigoriu extended Hyderabad’s lead with a 20-17 victory in women’s doubles.
However, Chennai mounted an impressive comeback. Etienne Blaszkewycz and Tanner Tomassi dominated men’s doubles with a commanding 32-5 win, shifting the momentum.
Thaddea Lock then won 21-15 in women’s singles, forcing a decider. In mixed doubles, Blaszkewycz and Sarah Jane Lim held their nerve, securing an 11-10 win over Ava Cavataio and Max Freeman.
