Pickleball Kingdom Expands to Central Florida: New Locations Planned

Pickleball Kingdom Expands to Central Florida: Chandler, Arizona-based Pickleball Kingdom, an indoor pickleball facility operator, plans to open new locations in Central Florida.

Franchisees Sanjay Patel and Dhaval Patel announced plans to open 25 new locations in Orlando and Ohio. The disclosure of specific numbers for each location suggests that Orlando will host “several” new facilities, while Ohio will host the “majority.”

“Opening Pickleball Kingdom locations will allow us to provide unparalleled playing conditions year-round and foster a thriving pickleball community,”- Sanjay Patel

Previously, in November, Pickleball Kingdom revealed two upcoming franchised locations in Orlando. Siblings Monya Mitchell and Tim Hall III, along with Monya’s husband Erik, will manage these.

The new climate-controlled indoor clubs will feature courts, lounge areas, and a training program. They will serve to all player levels and ages, offering youth programs, leagues, and tournaments. The clubs will also be available for community and corporate events.

Pickleball Kingdom’s first club, a 40,000-square-foot facility with 15 courts, opened in Chandler, Arizona, in May 2022.

Offers.bet recently named Orlando one of the nation’s most ‘pickleball-obsessed’ cities, establishing it as a pickleball hotspot. Other upcoming projects in the area are as follows:

  • Crush Yard Pickleball Club & Restaurant: A new 50,000-square-foot space in Kissimmee, owned by former NFL star Rob Gronkowski.
  • Hamlin House Paddle & Social Club is a 28,000-square-foot community hub set to debut in early 2025 at 231 W. Grant St. in Orlando.

  • The Pickleball Club: Proposed $15 million, 33,800-square-foot facility on a 3.4-acre parcel at 1427 N. Semoran Blvd.
