USA Pickleball Secures Warehouse Lease in Tempe: USA Pickleball has recently secured a new warehouse lease in Tempe, a move aimed at strengthening its support for the growing pickleball community. The facility will serve dual purposes, acting as a storage hub for tournament equipment and a central location for USA Pickleball Serves, the organization’s charitable branch.

NAI Horizon Associate Whitney Heritage expressed optimism about the lease, stating, “We thrilled to assist the USA Pickleball Association in finding a warehouse that meets its growing needs,” NAI Horizon Associate Whitney Heritage said in a release. “This lease represents a critical step in supporting its continued expansion of the sport.

While currently headquartered in Surprise, USA Pickleball is expanding its footprint with plans for an expansive 11-acre facility in Scottsdale. This new complex will serve as the future home of the U.S. national team, with the first phase scheduled to open in the fall. The initial phase will feature 28 oversized indoor courts, along with amenities such as a pro shop, café, locker rooms, and private event spaces.

Located near Loop 101 and Talking Stick Way, the new headquarters signifies USA Pickleball’s strategic expansion efforts in the Valley.

This strategic expansion reflects USA Pickleball’s proactive approach to meeting the needs of its growing community and supporting the sport’s development at both local and national levels.
