The tournament will kick off on Friday, June 27, with singles competitions. On Saturday, men’s and women’s doubles will take place, followed by a special youth division event on Saturday night. The tournament will conclude on Sunday with the mixed division event.
Registration Information
Registration for adult events costs $45 and is available online. Youth players interested in the youth divisions, which cost $25, must contact Bill Dobson or James Tapley directly for registration.
Refund Policy
As this is a benefit tournament, participants are encouraged to support the cause. If the event cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a makeup day. In the event of a full cancellation, organizers express their gratitude for the participants’ donation.
Weather and Venue
The tournament will be held outdoors at Davies County Pickleball, and while lights are available for evening play, there is no indoor backup in case of bad weather. Parking is free for participants and spectators.
