Registration for the tournament opens on February 18, 2025, at 8:00 CST and closes on February 28, 2025, at 6:00 CST. The registration cost is $35 for one event, with each additional event costing $10. Non-members can register starting three days after LifeTime members.
Tournament Schedule
The tournament will take place over two days with the following schedule:
Saturday:
- 3.5 Doubles: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 4.0 Singles: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 4.0 Doubles: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (limited to 8 teams)
- 4.5+ Doubles: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (limited to 8 teams)
Sunday:
- Men’s 3.5-4.0 Doubles: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (limited to 8 teams)
- Women’s 3.5-4.0 Doubles: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (limited to 8 teams)
Registration and Check-In
Players must check in 20 minutes before their start time at the Racket Sports Lounge on the day of the tournament. Only one event is included in the registration cost, with additional events available for $10 each.
Refund Policy
Tournament organizers have a strict refund policy: players who withdraw within 48 hours of the tournament start time will not be eligible for a refund.
