Event Details
The tournament will feature Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles brackets across four divisions: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+. Participants of all ages are welcome, with special categories for 45+ and 65+ players.
Matches will follow a round-robin format, with playoffs determining the champions. Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each division.
Registration Information
Registration opens on March 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, and will close on May 16, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST. The cost is $45 per player, with an additional $20 fee for each bracket entered. Players who register before April 1, 2025, will receive a free tournament shirt.
Special Features
In addition to competitive play, the event will offer food trucks and vendors on-site. Spectators and media can attend for free. Hydration will be provided, ensuring players stay refreshed during the tournament.
The event is also raising money to support local veterans in the Winter Springs area, adding a charitable element to the competition.
Refund Policy
Players who need to withdraw must find a substitute, as no refunds will be given unless the withdrawal occurs before May 10, 2025. A service fee of $5 for one event or $10 for two events will apply, and there is an additional $10 processing fee for withdrawals made before May 10th.
