The Fairbanks Ranch Pickleball Tournament will take place on March 22, 2025, at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California. The event will feature men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles divisions, with players competing in a round-robin format. Each team is guaranteed at least four games, with finalists advancing based on performance.
Tournament Format and Divisions
The tournament will follow a round-robin system, where teams compete against all others in their skill-level group. In larger groups, the top four teams will advance to a playoff before the finals.
Men’s Doubles Division
- Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0
- Check-in: 8:00 AM
- Start Time: 8:30 AM
Women’s Doubles Division
- Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0
- Check-in: 2:30 PM
- Start Time: 3:00 PM
Mixed Doubles Division
- Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0
- Check-in: 11:00 AM
- Start Time: 11:30 AM
Players have the option to compete in both doubles and mixed doubles, depending on scheduling availability.
Registration and Fees
Players must register as a team through the Main Court app. If a player does not have a partner, event organizers will assist in pairing them.
- Members: $30 for the first event, $20 for a second event
- Non-Members: $45 for the first event, $20 for a second event
- Priority Registration for Members: February 1-14, 2025
- Registration Deadline: March 15, 2025

- Tournament Balls: Provided by ProKennex and Gearbox
- Prizes: Tournament winners will receive shirts or hats sponsored by ProKennex
