The Camano Cup 2025 will take place from August 22 to August 24 at the Camano Park Pickleball Courts on Camano Island, Washington. The event will follow a round-robin format, ensuring players compete in multiple matches. Registration opens on March 17 and closes on August 14, with a $70 entry fee.
This premier pickleball event will feature women’s doubles on Friday, mixed doubles on Saturday, and men’s doubles on Sunday. Each event will have a maximum of 12 teams per bracket.
Tournament Format and Rules
Seeding will be based on DUPR, UTPR-PBR/WPR, and self-rating, with brackets locked at midnight on August 14. Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust player ratings as needed.
Players must complete partner registration within eight days of signing up. A waiting list will be available for replacement teams or players. Medal awards and winner photos will be held at the end of each bracket.
Venue and Player Amenities
The courts are located across the road from Envirotek at 144 NE Camano Dr. Players are encouraged to bring their chairs, coolers, and food, but snacks will be provided. Indoor restrooms will be available at the nearby Island County Multi-Purpose Center.
Parking is free at the courts. In case of rain delays, players will receive text updates at least two hours before their match. Volunteers will be on-site to dry the courts quickly and resume play.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued after registration closes. A $5 processing fee per event will be deducted from any refunds before the deadline. The tournament director may approve refunds on a case-by-case basis.
