Denver’s Largest Indoor Pickleball Center Set to Open This Fall

Denver’s Largest Indoor Pickleball Center: A new pickleball facility is set to open this fall at 7475 E. Iliff Ave. in Denver’s Central Park Shopping Center. The Picklr Denver Iliff has signed a lease to take over the former Big Lots space, transforming it into a 32,600-square-foot indoor pickleball center.

Expanding the Pickleball Scene

The facility will feature 11 courts, including three standard-size courts, six oversized courts, and two championship courts. It will also have a pro shop, a lounge, and a mezzanine for spectators. The Picklr, a growing pickleball franchise, already operates in Loveland and Thornton, with plans to open locations in Fort Collins and Aurora.

Membership and Training Opportunities

The Denver location will offer junior and unlimited memberships, allowing access to reserved courts, open play, leagues, tournaments, and other activities. Kyle Yates, a Pickleball Hall of Famer, will serve as the managing partner and provide private lessons and instructor training. JP Parker will be the on-site owner and operator.

Future Growth and Opening Plans

The exact opening date has not been set, but the facility is expected to launch in the fall. The Picklr has also expressed plans to expand further, aiming for over 10 locations across the Denver metro area.
