“This year’s Metro Classic will feature the second annual Border Battle, pitting a team of Oregon pros against a team from Washington,” stated the press release. “Bragging rights and a cash prize are on the line in this MLP-style event. The match begins immediately following the senior women’s open finals on the championship court at Shoreview Park, Thursday, Aug. 1.”
