Nick Hostler Pickleball Tourney Rallies: The 7th Annual Nick Hostler Memorial Pickleball Tournament, hosted by the Nick Hostler Foundation, Ozarks Pickleball Club, and the Springfield-Greene County Park Board, is set to take place from September 21-22, 2024. Held at Gillenwaters Tennis Complex in Springfield, Missouri, this event honors the legacy of Nick Hostler, a special education teacher dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals with special needs.
Proceeds from the tournament will support projects and foundations that aid the special needs community.

Tournament Format
All brackets feature a Round Robin format with games to 15, win by 1. Some brackets will include medal rounds, depending on registration. There will be a minimum of 4 games per team. Age and skill divisions are planned, with opportunities for players to compete in different age or skill categories if desired.

- Friday, September 20:
- 12:00pm – 5:00pm: Setup
- 6:00pm – 9:00pm: Free Open Play, early check-in, raffle tickets, and nicklepickles
- Saturday, September 21:
- 9:00am – 8:00pm: Men’s & Women’s Doubles, 70+ Senior Scrambles
- Sunday, September 22:
- 9:00am – 4:00pm: Mixed Doubles, 70+ Senior Coed Scrambles
Registration Details
- Cost: $50 for both days (includes lunch) plus non-refundable website service fees. Juniors (ages 8-14) pay $25 plus fees.
- USSP Membership: Members receive a $10 rebate on entry fees and are eligible for USSP points and prizes. Join USSP for free for one year with code: FREEMO.
- Nicklepickles: Mulligans or replay options available at $5 each or 5 for $20.
Refund Policy
- Before September 15: Full refund minus $5 website service fee per event.
- After September 15: No refunds. Cancellations due to inclement weather will lead to adjustments in schedules, and refunds will be issued if the tournament is canceled before it starts. Entry fees are considered donations if you choose not to request a refund.
