With a guaranteed minimum of four games per team, all matches will be played in a round-robin format. For brackets with five or more entries, games will go to 15 points, while smaller brackets will play to 11 points.
While no cash prizes are offered, the Christmas Classic still has plenty of rewards. In addition to the ACE paddles, USSP members will compete for points in the organization’s annual prize system. Each year, top USSP point winners receive prizes with a retail value of $20,000, distributed among the top 10 finishers in each age group for both men and women. For those vying for year-end rankings, this event could be a crucial opportunity to secure additional points.
The venue, Springdale Recreation Center, features 18 courts with hardwood surfaces. While the facility is indoors, it is not air-conditioned, which could make for a warmer playing environment. Players are reminded that no pets, food, or outside chairs are allowed on the courts, but ample parking will be available, with clearly marked lots surrounding the rec center.
Refunds will be available until the cancellation deadline on December 2, 2024, minus a $15 administration fee. After that date, no refunds will be issued, and fees are non-transferable.
