SETX Pickleball Club MLP-Style Tournament: The SETX Pickleball Club is hosting a coed team pickleball tournament at the Beaumont Municipal Tennis Center in Beaumont, Texas, on October 12, 2024. Registration Process
Teams are required to submit a registration form for entry. Once the team is approved, each player must register separately to secure their spot.

- DUPR 14 (Max team total: 15.996)

For those without a DUPR rating, the tournament committee will assist with self-rating or adjustments based on current pickleball brackets ratings.

Scoring Format
Each game will feature a rally scoring 21 points with a freeze. A team must win by 2 points, and matches consist of the best 3 out of 5 sets. In case of a 2-2 tie, a “dreambreaker” singles game to 21 will decide the winner.

- Tiebreaker: Dreambreaker game in case of a 2-2 tie (skinny singles for 50+ bracket)
Match Format
Team matches will consist of four games: two women’s doubles or men’s doubles games followed by two mixed doubles games. A coin toss will determine which team sets their lineup first, allowing the other team to react accordingly.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be available up to two weeks before the close of registration, with a $15 processing fee. Emergency refunds may be issued on approval, but there will be no refunds for weather-related cancellations.
