The Olympia Rotary Pickleball Classic, hosted by Pickleball Is Great (PIG), is set to take place at the Steamboat Tennis and Athletic Club in Olympia, Washington, on October 12-13, 2024. This exciting pickleball tournament will feature a round-robin format, offering skill and age divisions with playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for players ranging from 3.0 to 4.5+ skill levels.

Tournament Format
Players will self-rate and must not play below their Pickleball Brackets rating (PBR) or USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). They may only compete up to 0.5 points higher than their profile rating. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust the ratings of any underrated players to ensure fair play.

- Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
- Age Brackets: Final brackets will be determined post-registration, with events targeted for those under 50, 50-59, and 60+.
The pickleball tournament will run as follows:
- Saturday, October 12: Men’s and Women’s Doubles
- Sunday, October 13: Mixed Doubles
All matches will be win by 2, with most round-robin games played to 15 points. Should the number of teams in an event be 7 or 8, matches will adjust to 11 points.
Registration Details
Players must register and pay individually, with fees structured as follows:
- Regular Registration (July 1 – October 1): $65 + $15 per event
- Late Registration (after October 1): $75 + $15 per event
The registration deadline is October 3, 2024. Players are required to register their partners within 7 days; otherwise, they will be moved to the waitlist.
Refund Policy
A $10 administration fee will be deducted for all withdrawals, with no refunds available after the close of registration. If the event is canceled due to weather, a 50% refund may be issued.
