Chaifetz Group and The Picklr: Chaifetz Group has announced a significant strategic investment in The Picklr, a fast-growing indoor pickleball franchise in North America. This reinforces the group’s ongoing commitment to the sport of pickleball, aimed at providing better access and experiences for professional and recreational players. The move also highlights Chaifetz Group’s larger investment ecosystem in the sport, which includes ownership of the Major League Pickleball (MLP) team St. Louis Shock, currently ranked #1 in the MLP league with a record of 14-4.

A Broader Commitment to Pickleball

Beyond the investment in The Picklr, Chaifetz Group holds stakes in key organizations like the United Pickleball Association (UPA) and Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating System (DUPR), further entrenching its influence in the pickleball community.

These partnerships reflect Chaifetz Group’s long-term commitment to pickleball, strategically enhancing their presence across various levels of the sport, from professional leagues to recreational activities.

Expanding The Picklr’s Reach

As the fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchise in North America, The Picklr is setting new standards in facility design, combining modern technology and fun to elevate the player experience.

With over 350 state-of-the-art clubs sold nationwide, The Picklr currently operates 16 locations, with plans to open 20 more by the end of 2024 and 100 by 2025. This partnership will allow The Picklr to collaborate with the St. Louis Shock on brand initiatives, increasing the visibility of both entities within the pickleball world.

Leadership and Expertise

As part of the strategic investment, Richard Chaifetz and Ross Chaifetz, who lead the St. Louis Shock, will join The Picklr’s Board of Directors. Their expertise and leadership in professional sports will contribute to further growing The Picklr’s presence and reputation.
