The registration fee covers one event, with a second event available for an additional $25 per player. Participants are limited to one event per day, with the option to play up in an additional event after September 16 if space permits.

Tournament Format and Gameplay
The tournament format will include round-robin play with playoffs to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners for the top three finishers in each bracket. Each event can accommodate a maximum of 8 teams, guaranteeing 7 games per team. In the event fewer than 8 teams register, a minimum of 5 games will be ensured.
For pool play, games will be to 15 points, win by 1, using rally scoring. The medal round will be played to 15 points, win by 2, or first to 19 with rally scoring. Standings will be determined by games won, head-to-head results, point differentials, and more.
Concessions and Swag
Attendees can look forward to complimentary water and some snacks, alongside items for purchase from vendors. Tournament swag and Armory Pickleball merchandise will also be available.
Payment and Registration Policies
Registration will be conducted through Pickleball Brackets and requires a credit card payment via Stripe. A non-refundable service fee of $10 per player applies. Players must register separately, and partners must sign up within three days to secure their spots. Full refunds minus the admin fee will be issued to those on the waiting list after the tournament.
Venue and Safety Information
The tournament will take place indoors at Armory Pickleball with five courts available for play. The facility features a concrete surface and uses Franklin 40-X balls. The venue offers free parking, ensuring convenience for all attendees.
Health and safety are priorities, with AED and first aid kits on site. In the case of an injury, registered players may serve as replacements if they are of an appropriate level for the event.
