- Brackets of 6 and 7 Teams: Matches to 11 points, with the top four teams advancing to medal rounds.
- Brackets of More Than 8 Teams: May be split into pools.

Skill Levels and Age Groups
Participants will compete in various skill levels, including 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0, and age groups such as 15+, 35+, 50+, and 60+. Teams must play at the skill level of the higher-rated player and the age group of the younger player. Notably, age is calculated as of December 31, 2024.
Registration Process
Pickleball Players can register and identify their partner or request assistance finding one. Partners must register within five days of the initial registration; otherwise, the team will be moved to the waitlist. The tournament does not guarantee a spot until both players have registered and paid in full.
Rules and Refund Policy
This outdoor pickleball tournament is self-monitored, with no referees provided. If a referee is needed, organizers will attempt to accommodate requests. The cancellation deadline for refunds is September 25, 2024, with a $15 administration fee for cancellations prior to this date.
No refunds will be issued after this deadline, and players failing to show up without notice may incur a $25 fine. All refunds will be processed within seven days after the tournament concludes.
