Pickleball Clinics Launching in Palm Desert to Transform Skills

Pickleball Clinics Launching in Palm Desert: Beginning February 7, 2025, the Palm Desert Civic Center Park will serve as the venue for a series of pickleball clinics designed for average to advanced players. Scheduled to run every Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM until February 28, these clinics will provide participants with focused drills and group activities designed to improve their skills on the court.

Skill Development Focus

Participants will involve in a complete training special program for those who have achieved consistent performance  demonstrating directional control on most medium-paced shots and some harder-hit ones, Bermudian duo Sarah Fox and Sue Chiappa clinched bronze at the inaugural Association of Pickleball Players Women’s Open in Columbus, Ohio.

the clinics will concentrate on developing greater depth and variety in their shot selection. The curriculum will introduce techniques such as the “third shot drop,” along with a mix of dinks, soft shots, and powerful shots that incorporate angles and lobs.

Drop-In Availability

For those interested in attending, drop-in participation is available with previous approval from the instructor. Players must ensure payment is completed before the clinic date and are required to present their receipt to the instructor on the day of attendance.
