World’s Largest Pickleball Facility Opening Soon as a Game-Changer for Pickleball Fans

World’s Largest Pickleball Facility: Pickleball, a sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, is experiencing explosive growth in popularity across the United States. With millions of players and an ever-expanding fan base, the sport shows no signs of slowing down. One of the most exciting developments in the pickleball fan is the announcement from Pure Pickleball about the construction of the largest pickleball facility in the world. This ambitious project, set to open in 2026 in Scottsdale, Arizona, is poised to become the mecca of pickleball, attracting players, teams, and enthusiasts from all walks of life.

A World-Class Facility

Pure Pickleball’s new facility will cover a staggering 190,000 square feet and feature 50 courts, making it the largest of its kind. Among its attractions, the facility will include a 1,200-seat championship arena, ensuring that both players and fans have a premier experience.

This vast space will be more than just a venue for games; it will house a rooftop bar, VIP rooms, youth areas, pro shops, exercise and recovery equipment, and a full-service restaurant. With such a comprehensive setup, the facility aims to cater to everyone, from casual players to professional athletes.

The first phase of construction will include 28 oversized indoor pickleball courts, each measuring 34’x64’. High-quality video cameras will be strategically placed around these courts to stream matches and record games, offering players a chance to show their performance.

A centerpiece of the facility will be a unique Championship Court, measuring 50’x70’, featuring a wrap-around 500-seat stadium. This court will boast state-of-the-art production capabilities, making it ideal for televised matches and events.

USA Pickleball’s New Headquarters

In an exciting development, USA Pickleball, the governing body for the sport, has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to this new facility. Currently staffed by just three individuals, the organization is expanding its workforce to 40 people. The new facility will provide much-needed space to accommodate the growing team, allowing USA Pickleball to enhance its operations and further promote the sport across the nation.

Jose Moreno, the chief marketing and strategy officer for Pure Pickleball, expressed his positivity about the future of pickleball.

“We always want to stay top-of-mind. There’s a lot of announcements coming up here in the next few months and it’s all good stuff, but there will be changes. When you’re in the infancy stage, you have to make sure that we are very mindful and do your diligence,” -(Jose Moreno)
