The competition format includes round-robin play, with medal rounds to follow based on bracket size. To ensure balanced matchups, skill levels—ranging from 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ will be adjusted by age following registration.

The pickleball tournament will take place at the Lexington County Tennis Complex, which features eight asphalt pickleball courts equipped with portable nets. The official ball for the event is the Diadem.
Parking is free, and players are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled matches. Court assignments will be sent out via text on the day of each event.
Registration and Policies
Participants can register for up to four events, with a base fee of $60 covering one event and additional fees for more entries. The cancellation deadline is October 19, 2024, after which no refunds will be issued.
