LFG Tourneys is thrilled to announce The Turkey Takedown, an exciting pickleball tournament taking place at the state-of-the-art Dill Dinkers facility. This brand-new venue is set to host pickleball players of all skill levels for a weekend filled with competitive spirit and community friendship.

Tournament Events and Divisions
The pickleball tournament will feature various events across two days. On Saturday, November 16, players can compete in Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Open/Pro Gender Doubles, Senior Open Gender Doubles (50+ years), and Split Age Anything Goes (4.5+/Open).
Sunday, November 17, will show Mixed Doubles for all amateur levels, along with Open/Pro Mixed, Senior Open Mixed (50+), and Split Age Anything Goes (3.0-4.0).

Competition Format and Schedule
Pickleball competition will commence each day at 8:00 AM, with specific start times communicated to players ahead of the tournament.
The amateur events will utilize a round robin format, ensuring each team competes in a minimum of three matches. Open events will employ a double-elimination format.

Registration Details and Fees
Registration fees for the tournament vary depending on the event. Early registration is encouraged, with prices structured as follows:
- Registration Fee:
- $40 until August 15
- $45 from August 16 to September 1
- $50 from September 2 to September 16
- $55 from September 17 to October 15
- $60 from October 16 to November 10
- Event Fees:
- Amateur Event Fee: $15 each
- Open Event Fee: $60 each
Prize Money and Philanthropy
A portion of the proceeds from this tournament will benefit Disabled American Veterans, with donation tiers based on player participation—$500 for 150 players, increasing to $2,250 for 300+ registrants.
Refund Policy
Players wishing to withdraw from the tournament before October 16 will receive a refund (minus a $30 to $35 processing fee). No refunds will be issued after this date, and all approved refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the tournament.
