Tournament Details and Format
Participants can look forward to several divisions: men’s, women’s, and mixed categories, with skill levels ranging from under 3.0 to Open. The pickleball tournament format includes:
- Double Elimination: Best two out of three games to 11 points on the winners’ side, and one game to 15 on the consolation side for brackets with six or more teams.
- Round Robin or Bracket Combination: For divisions with five teams or fewer.
Players should be aware that both partners in doubles must register separately. The tournament will utilize Vulcan VPRO balls, and all match results will contribute to players’ DUPR ratings to ensure fair competition.
Prizes and Discounts
Cash prizes will be awarded in the Open bracket, with payouts of $250 for first place, $150 for second, and $100 for third. In the under 4.0 brackets, players can win gift cards, while all brackets will have Mozi PB gift cards for first-place winners. Additional prizes will be raffled off during the event, including pickleball paddles.
To help offset costs, participants can benefit from several discounts:
- Referral Discounts: Players can receive a $5 refund for each referral that registers, provided they include the referring player’s name during registration.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline for refunds, less a $25 fee, is November 23, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be issued unless the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy has been purchased.
This policy provides a full refund (minus the processing fee) for withdrawals before the cancellation deadline and covers event fees if the tournament is canceled due to weather.
