Columbus began strong, winning the first match in women’s doubles. Parris Todd and Lea Jansen defeated Tyra Hurricane Black and Jorja Johnson 11-9 to give the Sliders an early lead. But Dallas quickly took control.

Dallas Answers Back with Three Straight Wins
JW Johnson and Augustus Ge helped even the score by winning men’s doubles 11-8 against Andrei Daescu and CJ Klinger. That momentum carried into the first mixed doubles match, where Tyra Hurricane Black and Augustus Ge teamed up to beat Lea Jansen and CJ Klinger 11-8.
With a 2-1 lead, Dallas had a chance to close out the match in the second mixed doubles game. Jorja Johnson and JW Johnson stepped onto the court and delivered a strong 11-5 victory over Parris Todd and Andrei Daescu.
