Utah Black Diamonds Pickleball Center: In a groundbreaking development for pickleball enthusiasts, the Utah Black Diamonds are set to establish the first-ever dedicated home facility for a professional pickleball team. Scheduled to open in the Summer of 2025, the Utah Black Diamonds Pickleball Center in South Jordan, Utah, promises to redefine the sport’s infrastructure with its state-of-the-art amenities and expansive offerings.

A $25 Million Vision: Innovation and Community Engagement

The $25 million facility, a collaboration between the Utah Black Diamonds and GCTM Investments, will be a hub for both high-performance training and recreational play. Featuring 36 top-of-the-line pickleball courts—30 indoor and 6 outdoor—the center aims to cater to players of all levels, from amateurs to seasoned professionals. Highlighting the facility’s prestige will be a 1,500-seat Championship Court equipped with VIP box seating, alongside two Grandstand Courts accommodating 500 spectators each.

The facility will not only serve as the home base for the Utah Black Diamonds but also operate as a premier pickleball club under the management of The Picklr, renowned for its expertise in designing and operating top-tier pickleball venues across North America. Members of the club, projected to reach 2,500, will benefit from a comprehensive array of amenities including a full gym with recovery facilities, a café, bar, social centers, and the Pickleball Central Pro Shop.
