Shocking Comeback! Parris Todd and Dekel Bar Save Match Point to Win at 2025 Red Rock Open

Parris Todd and Dekel Bar overcame a slow start to defeat Mya Bui and Eric Oncins in the mixed doubles draw at the Black Desert Resort Red Rock Open in St. George, Utah. The No. 6 seeds battled back for a 5-11, 13-11, 11-4 victory at Little Valley Sports Complex.

Slow Start, Strong Finish

Bui and Oncins, seeded No. 37, stunned Todd and Bar early, dominating the first game and building a 6-2 lead in the second. Todd and Bar regrouped, saving a match point before forcing a deciding third game. They took full control in the final frame, cruising to an 11-4 win.

Next Challenge Awaits

With the win, Todd and Bar move on to the Round of 16, where they will face the No. 9-seeded duo of Vivienne David and Dylan Frazier. A quarterfinal spot is at stake in their next matchup.
