Alex Jefferies (born November 8, 2001) is an American professional ice hockey left winger currently playing for the Bridgeport Islanders in the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was an All-American for the Merrimack Warriors in 2023.
