Goodlow’s college career began at the University of Tulsa, where he recorded no statistics in his first year as a backup in 2018. He gradually improved, tallying nine tackles in 2019, followed by 32 tackles and four sacks in 2020. In 2021, he made a notable impact with 28 tackles and a team-leading six sacks while participating in all 13 games. His performance earned him second-team All-American Athletic Conference honors in 2022 after starting all 12 games and posting 44 tackles, 8.0 tackles-for-loss, and two sacks. Arizona Cardinals (2024–2025)
On October 30, 2024, Goodlow signed with the practice squad of the Arizona Cardinals. Following the season, he signed a reserve/future contract with the Cardinals on January 7, 2025. He was waived by the Cardinals during final roster cuts on August 26, 2025, but re-signed to the practice squad the following day. Goodlow made his NFL debut during Week 3 against the San Francisco 49ers, where he recorded his first tackle.
