Bradley Edwin Guzan is an American former professional soccer player who played as a goalkeeper. A college soccer second-team All-American for the South Carolina Gamecocks, Guzan was the second overall pick in the 2005 MLS SuperDraft and went on to represent clubs in Major League Soccer and the English Football League. Bradley Edwin Guzan was born on September 9, 1984, in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Of Polish-American ancestry, he grew up in the Chicago area and developed his game through the Chicago Magic Soccer Club, a well-known youth program.
