Early Career (2021-2022)

Caleb Farley was selected by the Tennessee Titans with the 22nd overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He signed a fully guaranteed four-year contract worth $13.945 million with the Titans. However, his career began on a challenging note as he was placed on the non-football injury list before training camp. After passing a physical, he was activated and participated in his first practice. Unfortunately, in Week 6 of the 2021 season, Farley suffered a torn ACL, which led to him being placed on season-ending injured reserve.

Breakthrough (2023-2024)

Farley’s second season with the Titans was marred by further injuries. He played in nine games before suffering a herniated disk in his back in Week 10, which again resulted in him being placed on injured reserve. After undergoing a microdiscectomy, he was unable to play for the remainder of the season. In 2023, Farley began the season on the reserve/physically unable to perform list. On May 2, 2024, the Titans declined the fifth-year option on his contract, making him a free agent after the 2024 season. He was released on August 27, 2024, after which he signed with the Carolina Panthers practice squad on October 2, 2024.
