After not being selected in the 2023 NFL Draft, Charlie Thomas signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent. He was waived on August 29, 2023, and subsequently re-signed to the practice squad. Thomas signed a reserve/future contract on January 15, 2024, but was placed on injured reserve on August 1, 2024, and released from IR on August 5, 2024.
