Isaac Egboida Omiete Ukwu (born January 14, 1999) is an American professional football defensive end. He played college football for the James Madison Dukes and for the Ole Miss Rebels. After going undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft, he signed with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent. Ukwu has made a notable impact in college football, being named All-Conference twice during his five years at James Madison, where he recorded impressive statistics including numerous tackles and sacks.

Although he was waived on August 27, 2024, he was re-signed to the practice squad and later signed a reserve/future contract with the Lions on January 20, 2025.
