Jacob Moverare was born on August 31, 1998, in Östersund, Sweden. Growing up in a country with a rich hockey tradition, he was exposed to the sport at an early age. After being drafted, Moverare continued his development in North America, joining the Mississauga Steelheads in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). His time in junior hockey allowed him to refine his skills and gain valuable experience. In 2018, he attended the Kings’ training camp but was reassigned to the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League (AHL) for further development.
