Jenna Bike was born on February 2, 1998, in Trumbull, Connecticut, United States. Growing up in Trumbull, she was exposed to soccer at a young age and began playing youth club soccer. Jenna attended St. Joseph High School, where she played for the St. Joseph High Cadets. During her sophomore season in 2013, she made a remarkable impact by scoring 40 goals and providing 35 assists, leading her team to win the Connecticut state championship. In her senior season, Jenna continued to excel, scoring 25 goals and helping the Cadets secure another state championship with a record of 22–1. By the end of her high school career, she had set school records with a total of 79 goals and 45 assists.

Path to Soccer

Jenna Bike’s impressive high school performance earned her recognition as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America National High School Player of the Year in 2015, as well as the Gatorade Connecticut Player of the Year for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016. After high school, she continued her soccer journey at Boston College, where she played NCAA Division I women’s soccer for the Boston College Eagles from 2016 to 2021. Despite suffering an injury that sidelined her during her senior season in 2019, Jenna made a significant impact on the team, participating in 89 games and scoring 18 goals with 15 assists by the end of her college career.

Jenna Bike began her professional career in 2022 when she was invited to open tryouts for NJ/NY Gotham FC. After stepping away from her doctorate program to pursue soccer, she signed her first professional contract with Gotham FC on June 27, 2022. Initially named as a non-roster invitee, she transitioned from forward to right back, receiving training from experienced players. Jenna made her debut for Gotham on June 2, 2022, against the Chicago Red Stars.

In January 2023, Jenna Bike was signed by the Chicago Stars after the team’s coach reached out to her regarding a position as a winger.
