Early Life and Background
Jonathan DeLuca was born in the United States and grew up in Agoura Hills, California. He attended Agoura High School, where he began to develop his skills in baseball. DeLuca was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 39th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft but chose to pursue college baseball instead. He played for the University of Oregon, where he further honed his abilities on the field.
