He was waived on September 2, 2017, but quickly found a place on the Raiders’ practice squad the following day. Brown was promoted to the active roster on December 23, 2017, marking the beginning of his professional career.
Breakthrough (2018-2022)
On September 25, 2018, Brown was signed to the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster on October 23, but his season was cut short due to a shoulder injury, leading to his placement on injured reserve on December 8.
