Randy Lia Arozarena González, born on February 28, 1995, in Arroyos de Mantua, Pinar del Río, Cuba, is a Cuban-born Mexican professional baseball left fielder for the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Tampa Bay Rays, and he has represented Mexico in senior international baseball competition after playing for Cuban youth teams earlier in his career.

Randy Arozarena González was raised in the neighborhood of Arroyos de Mantua in Pinar del Río, Cuba. In 2018, Randy Arozarena González began the season with the Memphis Redbirds and was selected to the All-Star Futures Game in July.
