Roger Rosengarten is an American professional football offensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). Born on June 3, 2002, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, he played college football for the Washington Huskies. During his high school career, Rosengarten helped lead his team to two state championships. After a slow start in his college career, he came into his own in 2022, earning recognition as a First Team Freshman All-American, and was part of a Joe Moore Award-winning offensive line.

Early Life and Background

Roger Rosengarten was born to Catholic parents in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He attended Valor Christian High School, where he made a significant impact on the football team. In the 2018 Colorado State Championship, Rosengarten intercepted a pass that helped secure a state title for his team. Throughout his high school career, he won two state championships in 2016 and 2018. Coming out of high school, Rosengarten was rated as a four-star recruit and was ranked as the number eleven tackle in the class of 2020. He ultimately committed to play college football for the Washington Huskies.

Rosengarten’s college career began with some challenges, as he played in only five games during his first two seasons in 2020 and 2021, without any starts.
