Roger Rosengarten was born to Catholic parents in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He attended Valor Christian High School, where he made a significant impact on the football team. In the 2018 Colorado State Championship, Rosengarten intercepted a pass that helped secure a state title for his team. Throughout his high school career, he won two state championships in 2016 and 2018. Coming out of high school, Rosengarten was rated as a four-star recruit and was ranked as the number eleven tackle in the class of 2020. He ultimately committed to play college football for the Washington Huskies.
