Titus Leo was born on August 26, 1999, in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in Sheepshead Bay, he attended Sheepshead Bay High School, where he was an all-around player. Leo played various positions including wide receiver on offense, linebacker and safety on defense, and occasionally took on kicking and punting duties on special teams. His versatility on the field helped him gain recognition, and he committed to play college football for the Wagner Seahawks, the only Division I team to offer him a scholarship.

Leo played five seasons for the Wagner Seahawks from 2018 to 2022. During his college career, he made a significant impact on the field, totaling 234 tackles, 40 of which were for a loss, along with 13 sacks and six forced fumbles while playing linebacker. His outstanding performance earned him accolades, including being named the Northeast Conference Defensive Player of the Year twice and receiving first-team all-conference honors in his final three seasons. Early Career (2023)

Titus Leo was selected in the sixth round (211th overall) of the 2023 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts, making him only the fourth player in Wagner history to be drafted. He began his professional career with the Colts but faced challenges early on, as he was placed on injured reserve on August 29, 2023. Despite this setback, he was waived by the Colts on August 27, 2024, and subsequently re-signed to their practice squad.

Breakthrough (2024)

On November 19, 2024, Leo was signed to the active roster of the New England Patriots after being released from the Colts’ practice squad. His time with the Patriots was brief, as he was released on April 28, 2025. Shortly after, on April 29, 2025, he was claimed off waivers by the Tennessee Titans, but he was waived again on August 5, 2025. Leo then signed with the Cleveland Browns on August 12, 2025, but was waived on August 24, 2025. His journey continued as he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad on October 15, 2025, where he faced further transitions, being released and re-signed multiple times.
