Alex Jefferies is an American professional ice hockey left winger born on November 8, 2001, in Framingham, Massachusetts. Drafted 121st overall by the New York Islanders in the 2020 NHL Draft, he played college hockey at Merrimack College, where he earned Hockey East All-Rookie Team honors as a freshman and All-American recognition as a junior after leading the Warriors with 41 points. He launched his professional career with the Bridgeport Islanders of the AHL in 2024.
