Andrew Chafin is an American professional baseball pitcher, a left-handed reliever currently a free agent after the 2025 season. Drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the first round of the 2011 MLB Draft out of Kent State University, he made his major league debut in August 2014. Over more than a decade in the majors, Chafin has played for the Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, Oakland Athletics, Detroit Tigers, Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers, Washington Nationals, and Los Angeles Angels. He is best known for his part in the Cubs’ combined no-hitter against the Los Angeles Dodgers on June 24, 2021.
