Liam McNeeley is an American professional basketball player currently with the Charlotte Hornets of the NBA. Drafted 29th overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 2025 NBA Draft before having his rights traded to Charlotte, McNeeley is a 6-foot-7 small forward who earned Big East Freshman of the Year, Third-team All-Big East, and Big East All-Freshman Team honors during his lone season at UConn. A consensus five-star recruit and 2024 McDonald’s All-American, he also helped the Greensboro Swarm win the 2026 NBA G League championship.
