The Rochester Knighthawks are a professional box lacrosse team based in Rochester, New York. Founded in 2019, they compete in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and play their home games at the Blue Cross Arena. The team is owned by Seneca Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of the Seneca Nation of New York. This franchise was established to replace the original Knighthawks franchise that relocated to Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2019. The team features new colors and branding, distinguishing it from its predecessor. Mike Hasen serves as the head coach and Dan Carey as the general manager.
