Harvest Hustle Pickleball Challenge Awaits in Spokane

The Harvest Hustle Pickleball Challenge is set to take place from November 15 to 17, 2024, at the Parkfit Athletic Club at North Park, located at 8121 N Division St, Spokane, Washington, 99208. This exciting pickleball tournament will feature a fun round robin format with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals across various skill levels from 3.0 to 4.5+.

Registration and Fees

• Early Registration (until Oct 15): $35 + event fees
• Standard Registration (Oct 16 – Oct 31): $50 + event fees
• Late Registration (starting Nov 1): $65 + event fees

• Juniors (17 and Under): Use code Junior for $20 off registration.
• Seniors (50 and Above): Use code Senior for $10 off registration.

Partner Registration: Partners must register within 7 days or they will be moved to the waitlist.

Tournament Format

Pickleball players will participate in a round robin format with subsequent playoffs for medal positions. Key details include:

• Match Structure: All games/matches are win by 2.
• Round Robin Matches: Typically played to 15, but may change based on the number of teams. If there are 7 or 8 teams, matches will be played to 11.
• Playoff Format: The top 4 teams from each round robin will advance to playoffs.
  • Gold Match: 1 to 15, with the option of best 2 out of 3 to 11.
  • Bronze Match: 1 to 15.
• Brackets: Age brackets will be determined by registration, generally categorized as under 60 and 60+. The Tournament Director (TD) may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Event Schedule:

• Friday: Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles (full court)
• Saturday: Mixed Doubles
• Sunday: Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles (full court)

Tournament Policies

• Self-Rating: Players will self-rate and cannot play lower than their PickleballBrackets Rating (PBR) or USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may play up only within 0.5 from their profile rating.
• Underrated Players: The TD reserves the right to correct underrated players.
• Registration Closure: Registration may close at any time if the maximum number of players for daily or tournament events is met.

Refund Policy

• A $10 administrative fee will apply for all withdrawals.
• If an pickleball event is canceled due to inclement weather, participants will receive up to a 50% refund.
• The deadline for any refunds is November 6, 2024.
