Running from August 30 to September 1, the event is expected to draw over 400 pickleball enthusiasts from across the Okanagan and beyond, all converging on the Penticton Seniors Drop-in Centre outdoor courts. With matches spanning the three-day event, participants will have the opportunity to engage in high-energy games while supporting a vital cause.

Community and Sponsorship

Jim Tabler, dealer principal at Chrysler, expressed his excitement about the tournament, saying,

“We’re really proud to be the presenting sponsor for Pickleball for Mental Health. We got involved with it last year. Given the opportunity this year, we jumped right on board as quick as we could. We really appreciate what CMHA does within the community. This is a great event. It’s lots of fun, and quite honestly, it’s making me feel that I really need to get out there and learn how to play pickleball.”

Tabler’s enthusiasm reflects the broader community support for the event, highlighting its growing importance and impact.

Event Attractions

Beyond the matches, the tournament will offer a vibrant array of activities, including live music, a food truck, and raffle draws. These elements are designed to enhance the overall experience for all participants and spectators.
