Pickle Party Tournament in St. Albert: Set to Begin Aug 16

Pickle Party Tournament in St. Albert: The St. Albert Pickleball Club invites pickleball enthusiasts  to the Pickle Party Tournament, taking place August 16-18, 2024, at the Alpine Courts in St. Albert. This Pickleball Canada SANCTIONED event will follow the latest rules, featuring an exciting double elimination format. Competitors will face off in high-stakes matches, with the “A” side played best 2 out of 3 games to 11, and the “B” side featuring a single game to 15. Catering to all skill levels, the tournament promises thrilling action and a chance to shine on the court.

Tournament Format

This Pickleball Canada SANCTIONED tournament will follow current IFP rules. Matches will be double elimination, with each game on the “A” side played best 2 out of 3 games to 11, and each game on the “B” side consisting of one game to 15. Both sides operate on a “win by 2” rule, ensuring players get at least three games. Small events with fewer than 5 teams will use a Round Robin format as per IFP guidelines.

Skill Level and Competition

The tournament caters to a range of skill levels with divisions set up to ensure fair and exciting competition. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or an enthusiastic amateur, this event promises high-level play and a chance to showcase your skills.

Registration Information

To complete your registration, ensure both players in doubles events sign up within 5 days of the first player’s registration. The entry fee is $65 for one event, with an additional $15 for each extra event. Note that incomplete registrations will move to the waitlist. Registration window open till Aug 05, 2024 8:00 PM.
